Getting really tired of people calling us and trying to pull a fast one because our service is cheaper. Like you can lie and omit important details all you fucking want but you’ll be wasting your own time when you get here and get turned away at the gate. I’m only repeating policy based on the info you give me I don’t have a greater influence on anything. No getting my name wont help you. This is why I’m cold and steely and not fit for customer service and why its more fucked that 99.9% of us jobs are customer service.
