People act shocked and confused when younger gens aren’t having kids and I just gotta say: Its impossible to own a house. If you rent, your landlord can apparently evict you for no reason other than renting it at a higher price. Every time theres a “keep kids from starving” bill thats been proven to work no one wants to approve it because theres not enough money (but you’re expected to have plenty). Theres little to no stability even if you do everything right.

Now I don’t kno about everyone else, but I don’t really care about having kids *THAT* badly. I don’t need it. If you’re going to make existing as painful as possible, most people are probably going to forgo it all together because we don’t care about it as much as society does. Its not worth the additional headache. If humanity goes extinct oh fucking well. Thats just what happens when you put a social construct (money) over people.
