Ok, I am saying this as a black person. If you were ACTUALLY being discriminated against when it came to hiring, YOU WOULD HAVE NO RECOURSE! Unless you have a recording of the company twirling their mustache and going “eeeheehee we hate white people!”, what are you going to do about this? Companies will literally claim you weren’t hired because you weren’t right for the position without getting into any further detail. What are you going to do about that?? How are you going to prove thats discrimination? Its like these people really want to be oppressed, but since they aren’t, they couldn’t even fathom what that’d entail. Its not like minorities don’t have to put up with actual discriminatory hiring practices all the time. And the dipshits that’d fall for the above ad would come in to tell us that we must not be good enough for the job without a hint of irony.
