Got another dumb fuck customer. This guy got angry at the policy, complained at me like I could do anything about it, so I forwarded him to the manager and didn’t think about it. So hours later, I get a call from HQ and- get this- the guy physically went there to tattle on us. So the lady from HQ called me to ask if we could do anything for him (as she also cannot do anything) and I forwarded them to the manager again. The customers just wasting EVERYONE’S time at this point so get looped fucker.
