Ok so I played the latest Somthings Wrong with Sunny Day Jack demo and I gotta say I’m so glad we’re back on track. I was worried the game would fall into development hell and while that could still happen, I’m glad we’re getting new content. The only frame of reference I have is the original demo that was released around maybe 2-3 years ago that sparked my interest in SDJ. So first off, they did fix the consent issue from the original demo (the sex scene near the end would happen whether or not the player showed interest in Jack and it had accidental unfortunate implications). The demo is a lot longer than the previous version (unless you’re a machine you will need a break after your first play though) there is more information, descriptions and lore for the characters. Characters that originally didn’t have a sprite now have fully updated sprites and VAs. The arts been updated and looks a lot better, etc. Its got a save feature **cough** and (tho not new) the bonus after life section. It looks pretty legit so far. Hopefully Snacc Pop can continue with full steam because I’m itching to find out whats wrong with Sunny Day Jack.
