In hindsight I think the writing for Hazbin Hotel/ Helluva Boss was terrible because the people who wrote it might be the type to roll their eyes when they hear the phrase “all art is political”. Those shows def would have been better if they had more political awareness esp since both shows DID start off like they had more awareness.

And “weh weh 8 episodes” Idgaf if you know you don’t have as many eps as you need then pick a focus and CUT SHIT. I would rather tell a half story thats coherent than just have the animated equivalent of jingling keys for edgelords. Helluva Boss has infinite eps and the writing has not improved a bit. If anything they had more time to slowly fuck up the characters and world building.

The reason this sucks is because this shit got platformed on Amazon and manged to be a total waste of money and talent. I know that if I somehow got thousands of dollars and a deal on fucking Amazon I would at least hire a professional writer to help it not be shit.
