One thing I’m so tired of seeing people from upper management making everyone’s lives a living hell just to make themselves look better and more productive. They feel the need to constantly give more task that actually take away time from your actual job then other departments get on you for not having things done by the deadline and its like sorry I would’ve done this but some guy in a job position that out ranks all of ours thought we needed an at work homework assignment. And like stop trying to “get to know me” better. Me keeping my job is contingent on me being as normal as possible ok? Theres literally nothing to know. I go in, do my job, and go home so I can get my personality back for a few hours. but then after they’re done with their little power trip, they’ll get their promotion and everyone else gets *nothing*.
