Her name is Dazzle and shes magic! Dazzle was meant to be the odd character in the show. She didn’t live in the neighborhood and would only show up if Wally (or anyone else) and the audience said her name three times. She is magic but she isn’t good at it. As in, other characters would ask her to do something or she’d try to help someone and completely botch it. Like if you wanted to go one week into the future she would somehow zap you back to dinosaur land. Dazzle would try to give Eddie a day off by casting a spell to make the mail deliver itself, but then it all just grows legs and runs off. She is a ditz.

I still like her design, but hoo boy those colors are going to kill me. every once in a while I get bold enough to design something with like 5 billion colors then its like ‘holy crap I gotta draw this again’. I simplified her a little when I redesigned her for the last time. I just didn’t get to draw much of her before I lost interest in the fandom (and its nothing against the WH fandom I just started hating fandoms in general).
